Craig Clark, CFP®
President
Craig is the President of Clark & Company Wealth Management. Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Canisius College and a master’s degree in economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He began his career at Jefferson Pilot Securities, which was later acquired by Lincoln Financial Securities. In 2010, he founded Clark & Company. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, holds his Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses, as well as his Life, Accident, and Health license. Craig is committed to high standards in financial planning and upholds these standards with every client.
He is an active member of the Financial Planning Association of WNY, having served as President, and is on the board of directors at Fox Run – Orchard Park. Craig has also been a board member of the Financial Counselors of WNY and contributes to the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Financial Planning. His previous roles include participation in the Practice Management and Risk Management Advisory Committees of Lincoln Financial Securities. His expertise has been featured in publications such as Buffalo Business First, and he has written commentaries for The Buffalo News and WNY Physician magazine.
Living in Elma, NY, Craig shares his life with his wife, Laurie, and their three children. The family is engaged in community service, actively supporting organizations such as Buffalo City Mission, FeedMoreWNY, and Say Yes Buffalo. Through his dedication to both financial planning and the community of Buffalo, Craig is recognized as a respected advisor in his field.
Mike Muffoletto, CFP®
Chief Executive Officer
Mike is the Chief Executive Officer of Clark & Company Wealth Management. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing, graduating Summa Cum Laude with honors from St. Bonaventure University. It wasn’t until after graduating and starting in an entirely different field that Mike discovered his life’s vocation in this profession. Since then, Mike has become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, earned his Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses along with his Life, Accident and Health license.
While Mike takes pride in working with a diverse clientele, he has a special passion for assisting those with complex and unique financial situations requiring specialized planning. Early in his career, he focused on helping established entrepreneurs prepare for business succession, retirement, and estate planning. He now leverages that wealth of experience to benefit Clark & Company’s clients in innovative and meaningful ways.
Mike’s life has been largely driven by his pursuit of freedom. This is evident in his hobbies, particularly his passion for travel and summiting mountains. A significant milestone came in 2022, when he had the opportunity to travel to Tanzania and climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. He maintains a close relationship with his family, which includes his parents and two brothers. Together, they enjoy going camping and spending quality time outdoors. In his community, Mike is a strong advocate for mentoring the next generation, empowering them to break free from the limitations they may have learned to accept. He is a former varsity wrestling coach and is actively engaged with his local chapter Big Brothers Big Sisters®, through whom he met his “Little”, Jarryd. He considers himself incredibly fortunate to have found a career that not only enables him to cultivate his own sense of freedom but also empowers him to help each of his clients achieve the same.

Scott is an accomplished Wealth Manager at Clark & Company Wealth Management. With over four decades of experience in the profession, including a significant tenure at New York Life, Scott has honed his skills to skillfully guide his clients toward pursuing their financial goals. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, holding FINRA Series 6, 7, 22, and 63 licenses, along with his Life, Accident & Health License. All highlighting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards in financial planning.
His dedication to his clients is evident in the strong, multi-generational relationships he has built, as the majority of his current clients are the descendants of his original clients. His unwavering commitment to serving his clients' best interests is at the core of his professional philosophy.
Scott lives on a beautiful farm in Darien, NY, with his wife Renee and two of their sons. They are proud parents of another son and a daughter, both of whom are married. Scott and his wife take great joy in their role as grandparents to two wonderful grandchildren. He takes great interest in hobbies such as ham radio and astronomy. As an active community member, he has been involved in various committees within his local school district. He has contributed significantly to youth sports, acting as a youth sports commissioner and coaching for football and soccer teams. With his focus on professional growth and community engagement, Scott strives to deliver meaningful results and lasting value.
Cliff Nelson
Wealth Manager
Cliff is an established Wealth Manager at Clark & Company Wealth Management, bringing over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. Cliff holds a degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and further studies at the Graduate School of Credit & Financial Management at Williams College. His career includes notable positions such as Manager of New Ventures at Marine Midland Bank, Manager of the Investment Services Division at Fleet Bank, and Director of Investments for The Jacobs Team. He possesses his Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as his Life, Accident & Health license.
Throughout his career, Cliff has fostered meaningful relationships with his clients by focusing on a service model that emphasizes client education. This approach empowers clients, instilling confidence in both his clients and his financial planning experience.
Living in Orchard Park, family is a central aspect of his life, and he cherishes time spent with his wife Beth, four children, and ten grandchildren. Cliff is actively involved in various ministries at Revive Wesleyan Church. He is a member of the finance and investment committee of FeedmoreWNY and serves on the advisory board for Athletes in Action. Additionally, he is a consistent supporter of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. His dedication to the community and professional approach shows his commitment to excellence and drive to create a lasting impact.
Robin Lee
Investment Analyst
Robin is an Investment Analyst for Clark & Company Wealth Management. He graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Following graduation, Robin began his career at Morgan Stanley in Columbus, Ohio, where he spent nearly four years as a Registered Representative and Participant Relationship Manager. In this role, he worked closely with clients to support their equity compensation accounts, providing assistance with trading, account maintenance, and overall client service. With a strong academic foundation and a growing depth of experience in the investment industry Robin joined the Clark & Company Wealth Management team in 2025.
Throughout his career, Robin has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development and technical excellence. He has successfully passed the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 examinations, as well as the CFA Level I and Level II exams. He is currently pursuing the CFA Level III exam, the final step toward earning the CFA charter, reflecting his dedication to deepening his investment knowledge.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Robin values experiences that foster creativity, curiosity, and meaningful connection. He enjoys travel, his favorite destination being Jeju Island in South Korea, known for its volcanic landscapes and coastal scenery. It is a place where he can slow down, recharge, and appreciate the natural beauty of Korea. Every visit reminds him of home and brings a sense of comfort and peace. His passion for traditional Korean dishes shines through in every meal he cooks. Sharing these meals with others is a meaningful outlet for him, rooted in a childhood dream of becoming a chef and a lasting appreciation for the joy that comes from creating something for others. When he is not perfecting a recipe or traveling the world, you are likely to find him on the field, fully immersed in a game of soccer.
Tracy Adam-Hinphy

Tracy possesses a comprehensive background in business economics, having received her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oneonta, and developing a rewarding career in the wealth management sector. Her professional path began at Pepsi Cola Company, where she worked as a Service Associate from 1995 to 1997. This foundational role set the stage for her 20-year journey at TIAA-CREF, where she worked as a Retirement Consultant and Wealth Management Client Relationship Specialist.
In 2017, she made the move to Clark & Company Wealth Management, where she currently excels as a Wealth Management Coordinator. Her professional qualifications include being a Registered Representative with her Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses. Her strong work ethic is shown in her meticulous care and attention to detail which allows her to provide exceptional financial services and client experience.
Tracy proudly embraces her role as a mom to three wonderful children. She loves being a lacrosse mom, attending and cheering on all her children’s games. She enjoys spending quality time with her family camping, skiing, and watching sports such as football and baseball. She is invested in giving back to the community, her family supports school supply drives, coats for children, Toys for Tots, Thanksgiving food drives, and adopt-a-family during Christmas time. She is dedicated to hard work and committed to making a positive impact in both her profession and her community.
Heather Szabo-Jones

Heather is the Office Manager at Clark & Company Wealth Management, with a career in finance since 1996. She holds an associate’s degree in executive secretarial science. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, ensuring the seamless operation of the office and excellent client service. Over the years, she has cultivated long-term relationships with her clients, earning their trust and establishing herself as a reliable and valued partner. Her ability to form connections with generational clients highlights her commitment to providing personalized service that extends beyond mere professional interactions, viewing her clients as friends.
She shares her life with her loving husband, and together they are the proud parents of two grown children and their dog Gypsy. Her son has recently embarked on an exciting journey, moving south to study engineering, while her daughter thrives as a flight attendant. The family cherishes their time together and eagerly anticipates another European vacation, having recently fulfilled their dream of exploring Ireland.
Heather is passionate about our planet, particularly the preservation of the Atlantic Ocean. She is committed to supporting initiatives that aim to protect our planet, ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come. Her dedication to this cause reflects her broader commitment to making a positive impact in both her personal and professional life.

Kelly is a graduate of Syracuse University, where she earned bachelor's degrees in forensic science and psychology. With over ten years of experience, she has built a foundation in administration and legal support, dedicating over half of her career to paralegal responsibilities. Her professional journey led her to join Clark & Company Wealth Management, in 2024, where she has thrived as an Administrative Assistant.
She believes success in finance is more than managing numbers; it's about building strong relationships. She focuses on understanding and meeting the needs of each client. She is committed to ongoing learning, keeping up with industry trends to help her team provide effective solutions.
Kelly moved to Buffalo in 2018 to start a new life with her husband. They enjoy their time exploring antique shops, watching classic films, and spending time with their pack of rescues including three cats and a dog. She is passionate about animal welfare and actively participates in various rescue organizations, assisting with large-scale rescue events and supporting prospective adopters. Additionally, Kelly is a certified Doula, providing education and support to expectant mothers during their pregnancies. Caden Suhr

Caden serves as a Wealth Management Intern at Clark & Company Wealth Management, where he is building a strong skill set in financial planning through both academic study and hands-on experience. He is currently a student at Canisius University, pursuing a triple major in Accounting, Finance, and Business Economics. Caden also serves as President of the university’s Society of Economics and Finance, where he demonstrates his dedication by supporting financial literacy and encouraging professional development amongst his peers.
He is committed to continuous learning and approaching his work with a high level of integrity. He approaches his role with a focus on learning, listening, and contributing wherever he can to support the team and enhance the client experience.
A native of Lancaster, New York, Caden remains closely connected to his community. Outside of work and school, he enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly fishing and hunting. He also values time on the golf course with family and friends, appreciating the balance these activities bring to his personal and professional life.
